Arctera Capture

Arctera Capture is a communication capture solution that takes messages from Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, WeChat, voice, meetings and other modern communication channels out of their source systems and moves them into the corporate archive together with their context and metadata. Formerly known as Merge1, the product converts different forms of communication into a standard structure so they can be used in archiving, supervision and eDiscovery processes.

It closes the compliance gaps created by the spread of communication channels beyond email and supports the complete recording of regulated conversations. By reducing the need to build integrations one by one, it speeds up bringing new communication sources under governance. Preserving message context, participants, timing and attachments produces more reliable results in audits and investigations.
