Personal Data Processed

When you fill in the contact form, the following data is processed:

• Identity data: first name and surname
• Contact data: email address and/or telephone number
• Transaction security data: the IP address from which you submitted the form
• Any other information you share in the form in connection with your request (subject, message content)

If you use the live support (chat) application on our site, the information you share during the chat is also processed by the third-party infrastructure provider delivering that service (see “Transfer of Personal Data” below).

Purposes of Processing

The personal data collected is processed in order to:

• assess and respond to your request or question,
• get in touch with you,
• provide information about our products and services where you request it,
• improve the quality of our services and keep records against possible legal claims.

Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of “your explicit consent” set out in Article 5 of the KVKK. We request your consent explicitly before you submit the contact form.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary for the performance of the service, with the suppliers from which we obtain server hosting services and with Zoho Corporation, which provides the live support service (Zoho SalesIQ) used on our site. The servers of such third-party service providers may be located abroad.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires, subject to the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
• request rectification if the data is incomplete or incorrect,
• request erasure or destruction of the data within the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that any rectification or erasure be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
